One day workshop was organized for students of BAMS titled with WORKSHOP ON “RAISING CAPATIL & MANAGING FINANCE FOR STARTUPS at Nootan Ayurvedic College and Research Centre, SPU on 29th May 2025. Session from three eminent speakers – 1. ASHISH SHAH, Financial Planner, Corporate Trainer, Autor & Edupreneur 2. Dr. Bhagvanbhai M. Karnavat, Associate Professor, SPCE SPU 3. DR NAYAN MISHRA, CRI SPU In the workshop, students learned about various types of investments, with a particular focus on safe investment options for I startups and innovations. Discussed regarding the three essential pillars that define a good investment: Safety, Liquidity, and Returns. Additionally, students explored the concept of startups, including how to effectively manage money within a new business. Students learned about the common reasons behind startup failures, particularly the lack of financial planning and sustainability. The workshop emphasized the importance of finance in a startup’s success and provided insights on how to generate capital, manage cash flow, and secure funding—whether through bootstrapping, angel investors, venture capital, or crowd funding.
