Submission Method

  • Abstracts MUST be submitted email ID – . iks@spu.ac.in
  • While  submitting abstract through mail kindly mention “Submission of abstract for ISDHT 2026in subject section
  • Submissions via hard copy or any other method will NOT be accepted.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

A. Eligibility & Registration

  • All presenters/first authors must be registered for seminar before submitting abstracts.
  • Participants can submit abstracts in either PAPER or POSTER category.
  • Each participant can be the primary author/presenter for only ONE submission (either Paper OR Poster).
  • Participants may be listed as co-authors on submissions for P.G./Ph. D/ Research Scholars (All other category, for co-author separate registration is mandatory).
  • Abstracts of published articles and incomplete research will not be accepted. Submitted abstracts should not have been previously submitted or accepted for any other state, national, or international scientific meetings

B. GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Submission and presentation must align with the conference theme.
  • All submissions must represent original and unpublished work.
  • Abstracts and papers will undergo peer review.
  • Studies involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards.
  • Submissions with plagiarism beyond acceptable limits will be rejected.
  • Abstract Submission must be in English or Hindi with a word limit of MAXIMUM 250 WORDS
  • All selected abstracts for oral/poster final presentation files must be prepared as per guidlines provide strictly following post-acceptance instructions.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR PAPER/ORAL & POSTER SUBMISSION

The structured abstract for all presentations, consisting of a maximum of 250 words, must besubmitted under one of the following categories:

Category A: Original Research
  • For experimental studies, clinical trials, and original investigations.
    • Introduction: Background and rationale
    • Objectives: Clear research aims and hypotheses
    • Methodology: Study design, sample size, data collection methods, and statistical methods used
    • Results: Key findings with relevant data
    • Conclusions: Interpretation and implications
Category B: Case Reports
  • For clinical case presentations and case series.
    • Introduction: Clinical context and relevance
    • Case Characteristics: Patient demographics (age, gender), clinical presentation, symptoms
    • Outcome: Diagnosis, investigations performed, treatment approach
    • Discussion: Clinical significance and learning points
    • Conclusion: Key takeaways and implications
Category C: Review Articles
  • For literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses
    • Background: Context and scope of the review
    • Introduction: Objectives and research questions
    • Discussion: Synthesis of literature, key themes, and critical analysis
    • Conclusion: Summary of findings and future direction

Presentation Format & Duration

  • Presentation Time: 5-10 minutes
  • Discussion Time: 2 minutes

SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FORABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR POSTER SUBMISSION

  • The title of the poster must not exceed 150 characters, including spaces
  • Use clear headings with adequate spacing between sections.
  • Images and graphics should be high quality, well-labeled, and properly described.
  • Posters should be comprehensible to viewers WITHOUT verbal explanation.
  • Feature a well-organized structure and layout with MINIMAL text.
  • Content should be readable from a distance of 5 meters.
  • Use bullet points and short sentences for clarity and include appropriate visuals: graphs, charts, images, diagrams.
  • Maintain consistent font sizes: Title (36pt), Headings (24pt), Body text (18pt).
